Gossen employs approximately 300 people at three facilities totaling 300,000 square feet. Unlike many of its competitors, Gossen designs and builds its own tooling at its Milwaukee, Wisconsin plant. We also make our own compounds that are formulated to meet our customer's needs for weatherability and overall performance. We have compound capabilities in Milwaukee and Cartersville, Georgia.

		Tooling and compounding is where we excel. With this technical advantage, we can respond quickly to customers' needs without relying on outside sources.
		Under the brand name "Gossen Mouldings", we produce mouldings and trim for Interior and Exterior application. Our exterior mouldings contain UV inhibitors for weatherablility and overall performance.
		Under the brand name "No Draft", we produce window profiles for the Window industry that meet or exceed the standards of AAMA 308-05.
		Under the brand name "Jambseal", we produce weatherseals and profiles for the Garage Door Industry.
		WeatherReady™ is Gossen's next generation of solid core PVC building products. Unlike wood or wood/plastic composite decking, WeatherReady™ Exterior Building products are high in UV protection to resist the elements and will not rot, cup, splinter, bow, stain, warp or decay. It will not absorb moisture and resists mold.
